Food is my singular passion in life. I’m a corporate cosmetics industry insider by day…but I long to be a food writer by night. I can’t experience all the food this world has to offer and not write about it.

    I am happy to see you are following your dreams by creating this informative site. I heard you are flying solo now, so i hope you’re ok with that. I left mantra about a month ago so no more palo alto for me, but i’m very happy you had a chance to experience it when i was still there. You can reach me at the email above since it has been the one i have used a few years now. If i am in your neck of the woods i’ll try and reach you. Oh one last thing, if you ever don’t want to be recognized then it may be a good idea to lose any self photo, the only advantage a critique has is anonymity.-ben
