I am inclined to say the Mission, although I admittedly haven't eaten in as many restaurants there that I should. I think if it came to it, I would have to say the Inner Sunset based on reliability (many solid, consistently good though not mindblowing restaurants) and variety (great sushi, Vietnamese, Chinese and however you would categorize Park Chow).
